John responded right away to our request to review the work needed, which was replacing our existing gutters with larger ones with gutter guards, replacing our faded shutters, and repairing our deck railing. He made suggestions that made improvements to our current gutter system, reviewed all of our options with us. We promptly received a detailed estimate with reasonable pricing. John and his crew did a great job on all of the work and got it done in a timely fashion. He went the extra mile to make sure all work was done to perfection and that we were pleased with everything. We look for signs that someone is doing the work as if it were their own home and John definitely does that. He was very friendly and easy to talk and work with. He kept in touch with us about the status of the work as the projects progressed. When the jobs were done, John reviewed it all with us and offered support on the work in the future if any need would arise. We highly recommend Watkins Exteriors! Watkins exterior handled many projects for me to get a house ready to sell. He put tin on a fascia board, he also concreted a floor joist and also put concrete in place of a window in the basement where it was leaking. He was very easy to work with very professional and was on time most projects were done next day after we talked about them!! He came out to my home on Easter after trees fell into my roof from the storm the previous night, quickly installed an emergency tarp that prevented further water damage, and has maintained that level of responsiveness throughout. He met with my insurance company reps to ensure everyone was on the same page regarding the damage and repairs and even helped me advocate for necessary repairs the insurance company was balking at (they finally agreed!). When it came time to do the install, his team was efficient, had good attention to detail, and were pleasant to work with. John was juggling multiple jobs and was great about checking in (both in person and via phone) with his team, his on-site manager, and me to make sure everything went smoothly throughout. The roof, gutters, and fencing look great! No leaks in my basement or garage throughout heavy storms and no escaped dogs! Thank you to everyone that worked on my home.
