I had originally seen Watkins Exteriors recommended by someone on a local Frederick, MD facebook group when I was searching for someone to do some exterior projects for me. I have now used Watkins Exteriors twice and have plans to use them again for a third project here in a few months.  They are always prompt, efficient, and provide fair quotes. I recently experienced a skylight leak due to heavy rainfall over the past few days. Turning to Google, I searched for local roofers and found John. After explaining the problem to him, he arrived promptly within half an hour. John wasted no time, promptly climbing onto my roof to assess the situation. Not only did he identify and seal the leaks for the short term, but he also went above and beyond by taking it upon himself to clear my gutters and secure loose nails.

Throughout the entire process, John maintained clear communication, ensuring I understood the issues at hand and the steps he was taking to address them. His proactive approach and dedication to providing exceptional service truly came through in the clutch.

What truly impressed me was John's refusal to accept payment for his services initially. However, I insisted on compensating him for his outstanding work.
